Emergencies can happen anywhere, any time. Wildfires, hurricanes, and tornadoes are happening right now, so it’s a good idea to ask yourself if you’re prepared to deal with a disaster or emergency situation. If the police knocked on your door right at this moment and told you you have 5-10 minutes to evacuate, or if your tv just announced there’s a tornado in your area, what would you do?
If you have pets, you need to have a plan for them too! A person’s safety is always top priority, of course, but what if taking a few minutes to prepare NOW means you’ll actually have the time later to save your beloved pets later?
I urge you, practically beg you, to put together a Pet Emergency Kit.
