News Update: A new mammal has been discovered! It’s called the Olinguito, and it was previously mistaken as an Olingo. If you’ve never heard of these animals, don’t worry… I hadn’t either until the media started talking about this story earlier today.
The olinguito is a cute teddy bear-like omnivore that lives in the treetops of forests in Ecuador and Colombia. It’s a nocturnal animal and eats figs, nectar, and some insects. The best part: the cute little things only weigh two pounds, making them adorably small and cute and fluffy!
